Sephora's Holiday Reward Card

Anyone else receive their Sephora Holiday Reward Card yesterday? I received a card in the mail, as well as an email. I'm a Rouge for the first time (and probably the last time, as I don't usually spend the required amount per year to qualify!), and I received $25 off a $50 purchase.

Reward amounts and dates to redeem:

Rouge $25 off $50 : November 30 - December 13

VIB $20 off $50 : December 1 - December 13

Beauty Insiders $15 off $50 : December 1 - December 12

Yes, I received mine yesterday in the mail as well. I'm the middle level - VIB. I just wish they would extend the time frame a little longer than two weeks though.

I received mine today also. I don't know what I will be buying. I also will be eligible for my Birthday gift and I have over 600 points right now. I think I'll go Friday and use them up if they have something decent that I want or need.

I got mine which made me happy as I didn't get it last year and can't remember the last time they gave me a BI discount! I have something I want to buy - Dr Jart BB cream, and I think I'm going to throw in a set of L'Occitane mini hand creams as a gift for a colleague -- with the discount it's like getting that free.

I showed the email to my daughter since I'm a VIB insider and we'll probably make a visit to Sephora since she wants to get some beauty items.

I used my code and bought the Huda beauty obsessions palettes in mauve and electric. I just love her shadow palettes.

I sure won't be using mine on-line. My entire order placed on 11/11 was cancelled because it was all sold out and they just let me know yesterday. The items I ordered were ordinary things like Clinique lipstick not special gift sets.

I got mine but how do I know what level I am? My card doesn't look like yours. It is one card that lists the discount for all levels. One doesn't stand out like your card above. I really don't shop all that much with Sephora. I've probably only spent in the $100.00-$150.00 range with them this year.

@LipstickdivaIt would depend on what you spent with them last year, I think. Everyone is automatically an Insider (lowest level) and would get the $15 off $50. If you spent $350+ last year, you would be a VIB this year and get the $20 off $50. If you spent $1,000+ last year, you would be Rouge this year.

You do get credit in the current year. So once you hit 350 in the current calendar year, you're VIB for the rest of the current year and next year.

I had a nightmare of a time trying to place my order yesterday because I had a Sephora gift card. When I tried to place it, it said that there was no balance on the card. So I called. The associate offered to place the order. It wouldn't let her either. She said that she would have to call me back. Never heard back from her and I was concerned that things would sell out. So when I called back a very nice associate told me that they would cancel my card then issue a credit for the amount. So everything went through. One other time I had a heck of a time using a Sephora gift card. I do know that when they updated their system last year, it has made it harder to navigate on my laptop. I do better using the my iPhone.

@jaxs mom So good!! I have the Mauve palette and these are some of the best eyeshadows I’ve used. I want the Smokey one next and may use my discount.

@wvumountiefan yes I want the smoky too. I thought I could resist the mauve since I have rose gold and desert dusk but these are different even though it's a similar color family and I'm so loving reds and wines right now. I love that red in the electric palette.

Just got back from Sephora. Tried out the Lancôme Glow For It! Rose Twinkle. It looks okay. Would have purchased Amethyst Radiance if they had it to try out first.

Purchased the Lancôme Grandiose Extreme Mascara in non waterproof tube. I did try it on my eyelashes with clean mascara brushes. I liked how it looked.

Also purchased the Lancôme Drama Liqui-pencil In Aubergine color.

I'm a VIB and got my email. During the last offer, I didn't buy anything since the Rouge customers got first crack and everything I wanted was sold out. Hopefully I'll get to use the $20 off.

@wonderfulworld Sorry that happened to you. I remember reading on one of the other threads about your lengthy wait time for your order to process, and also how you received a sort of generic scripted reply when you contacted Sephora Customer Service. Kind of sounds like they may have "dropped the ball," since you said you had only ordered standard items, and not limited gift sets, etc.

Hopefully, you'll be able to get everything you want, if you go in-person to one of the stores to redeem your Holiday Reward. I know that doesn't make up for your "bad" online order experience during the 20% off sale, though. Maybe contact CS again to see if they may consider extending you the discount on a future order, since you had to wait almost 3 weeks, only to find out your order had been cancelled? It's worth a shot.
