topic HELP! I think I want the TSV MIA 2 but is it worth it? in Beauty

I have resisted buying the Clarisonic Plus because it was too expensive, but I am really interested in this TSV with the Mia 2. But, is it worth it? Do you really see a difference in your skin? I have heard that some people say it is too abrasive and causes broken capillaries (spelling?). Is this the case? Any help would be greatly appreciated. TIA!
