That cutter wheel cuts so smooth and theres very little ragged edges. A knife dripped in water will do the same but I thought the pizza cutter wheel so a cool idea.</P> <P> Now ladies I need a foundation that will stay on, light to med coverage, that wont fade before I get out the door.
