Amazing Grace Won for best fragrance. Really??

I have been a long time user of Amazing Grace. I stopped using it when Cody changed the formula. It has no scent after 30 seconds. Can somebody explain to me how they won for best fragrance?I just read the review for the holiday Amazing Grace duo. They are terrible. I keep reading the reviews in hopes that they will change the formula back to what is was. Too bad the ruined such a great fragrance.

I have been using all the Philosophy fragrances for many years, and none of them ever lasted in my opinion. Amazing Grace still smells the same to me, and I really love the body creme.

When I think about it, what fragrance does QVC offer that is better than Amazing Grace? I don't know of any at this time. I don't know what the choices were, but it seems like the same winners are chosen year after year.

i tdoes too have a long lasting scent. you can not smell it but I garentee th epeople around you do. I get compliments hours and hours after i put it on

I haven't had it in a long time, but it's a good one. I switched to "Falling in Love" for a bit, but just decided to give that to my daughter. Moving on.

Amazing Grace is gone by the time I get out the door. Falling in Love is not much better. Won't be purchasing Philosophy fragrances anymore.

I don't think I've ever been able to smell fragrance on myself that I use daily, not after awhile, anyway. I bought the AG trio of shower gel, body cream, & eau de parfum, & it has more staying power than the eau de toilette. I'm on a/d now.

Haven't purchased in years.

I don't want to blow anyone out of the elevator with scent, but I do think that if I put my nose right on the pulse point where I applied scent 1 hour ago I should still be able to catch a whiff of it.

Not so for Philosophy scents.

I wore nothing but amazing and pure grace for many years and got many compliments and my laudry basket smelled good because I would spray on my clothes when I applied. Now nothing. I can spray AG on my blouse and body and it is gone in minutes. I can smell nothing on my shirt when I go to wash it. I have the eau de parfum.

The smell of Ag is the same but something changed. As far as the Pure grace goes it does not smell the same to me.

Zumba Girl, don't give up on AG. Although there are MANY times when I'm sure I smell like NOTHING (but hopefully nothing bad!), I cannot tell you how many times I've been chased down the street, thru the grocery store aisles, and thru the airport terminal by people (mostly women) who want to know what I'm wearing! Trust me Zumba Girl, we smell like goddesses, even if we can't always tell ❤️👍🏼!! Keep spraying, Mama!!😘

I have worn AG since it came out. I noticed a difference years ago but I continue to wear it. It isn't as strong or long lasting but I don't want to smell it on myself after I put it on anyway. That's one reason I like it. I am very sensitive to fragrances. I layer it though with the body spritz and EDP. Sometimes I put on some Pure Grace as well. Maybe it doesn't smell the same but I still like it and haven't found many things that don't give me a headache. I think people who have own it for years just continue to vote for it. I did. However I don't understand the voting anyway. I can't believe some of the products that won. It seems Philosophy wins the same awards year after year. I think there are better cleaners than Philosophy's Purity Made Simple but a lot of people must still love it. I don't think voting always tells the tale.

Those award shows are so silly.

I LOVED the "Graces" when Cristina was making them. After that, they changed dramatically. The initial sniff is very similar, but then I get a chemical scent that wasn't there in it's beginning.

I have no desire to try it again....I really miss Cristina's original scents.

I don't believe the "award shows" for a minute. It's just a marketing tool. It's all about money and selling stuff.

Kerstin has said, multiple times, that Amazing Grace is the number one fragrance in America. She will say anything to make a sale.

I used to use it along with the body spritz. It smells good when you spray it but after that you cannot smell it. Too me that's a total waste of money.

I'm guessing they thought it might enhance sales. Given most of these awards seem to be 'won' by products they push incessantly, you'll forgive me if I take the results with at least a grain of salt.

I wore it for many years and always got compliments. I gifted it often. I have 2 bottles of Eau and 2 spritz. They have 0 smell. I have written Coty with no response. I think it's very sad and wonder who voted for it.

@Shaunac What a joke! I don't know why they bother.I feel many of the awards are picked by the Q.They should just bury Amazing Grace, It's been murdered for so long.It seems like a simple fragrance not a fancy expensive perfume. I don't understand why they can't just fix it.It was my favorite.I wish I could find an old bottle.
