New colors of IT CC Cream?

Looks like according to IT Cosmetics they might be debuting new colors of the CC cream on Friday night beauty. The light works well for me. Although I will be interested to see if there is one between fair and light. I could be tempted to try that shade.

I like CC Cream - especially the illumination, however, IT seems to think everyone needs yellow based foundation. I need a pink tone and have emailed them several times over the past year and the response is always the same. Something to the effect, they are working on it.

I really hope they finally have some pink tone foundation.

I'm with you! I love the formula but light is too yellow and fair is too light.

What leads you to believe they are debuting new colors, was it something you read? They HAVE introduced two new shades previously available only in the supersize versions/configurations here on the Q - perhaps they are going to present those same two shades in the regular size? I would be very surprised if additional to these two recently added shades they would introduce more shade selections.

On their Instagram story just posted it says new colors. There is also a post with Jamie and a bunch of tubes. It is possible it is maybe a new version with new colors. In the Instagram post the IT REP pretty much verified it was debuting soon on Friday night beauty. Sounds like maybe as soon as tomorrow's show or very soon.

You and many others on thinking they are all too yellow. I have seen many times, people posting about this. One would think that IT Cosmetics would produce something that is not always yellow based.

The light I use is not yellow at all. It's neutral. But if you have pink skin I can see why someone would think it's yellow.

@ccassaday Thank you for the info, I'll have to tune in to see.

As far as the wanting of pink undertone shades, their CC cream product in particular stands for color-correcting - so I imagine the formulators feel any "pink" in one's skintone needs to be cancelled out. However, I've read from many here that even their stand alone foundations in the IT line are all neutral to yellow based undertones. This doesn't seem to be reaching the broad market out there. I'm sure they crunch the numbers though and feel they are reaching enough!

I mix the fair and the medium to get the right shade for my color. It works well.

I forgot to add—-if you look on the IT website it has the new shades shown under the CC cream.

I don't see them. The only ones there are the 4 original ones and the three they added early this year. They are bringing out more it looks like. They haven't released the info yet.

Ok this is what I have gathered from ITs Instagram story. It looks like it might be a new formulation of the CC Cream using the fermented ingredients in the secret sauce. There is fermented pumpkin and others in what they are releasing. Looks like they are also adding a fair/light and light/medium shade. I can't wait to see if this is a new CC cream. Maybe some of the new shades will help you link skin toned girls. I didn't look close enough to see if there were any more POC shades being released.

I am thinking this new cc cream with the new colors might be part of a new tsv. It has the same ingredients as the secret sauce so maybe it will be a secret sauce tsv. That would be awesome. I am almost out of my regular cc cream and have been wanting to try the secret sauce.

I was sort of expecting the debut of the new IT CC shades (if that is the new mystery item) would debut tonight. Hopefully when it does it will be in a reasonably priced (dare I hope) TSV!

I bought the supersize cc cream and have been trying to like it because of the good ingredients and spf. However, it makes me look older by emphazing every line. I tried it yesterday with a primer and that was a real mess. I have tried using the bye bye powder and that helps a little. When I was young I used makeup to hide stuff but now it emphasizes everything.

On the IT Cosmetics website, it shows the next QVC show to be 11/11 at 12am. That seems to indicate a TSV! I would LOVE to have a new foundation option included in the holiday TSV, whether it's a new formulation or just an extended shade range in a tried and true favorite!
