I know everyone loves these liners because they don't do that, so I don't know what to think.</P> <P> I really don't want to put primer on my lids because I'm concerned it will make my lids itchy. I tried all the primers for my face and they seemed to plug my pores and cause breakouts.</P> <P>Any ideas for me?
