    <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't know how many times I asked Philosophy for dusting powders and I finally gave up.  I am not a spritz girl.  I prefer to use powder and thought it would be nice in their scents.  Anyone else like dusting powder?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
