I've seen this line in Harmon Drugs, also saw an ELF store in a mall in NJ. You can order online if no retail option is near you.

I swear by one of their baked eyeshadows called Toasted--comes in a round container. Costs all of $3.

I get mine online and signed up for their special emails (free shipping days,special kits etc)....good ones! Their Lip Lock Pencil is one of my alltime favorite products that is always sold out at the stores that carry ELF around me so I buy in quantity there...and wait for days when there is a special offer. They also have great CS.

@luvdavid, e.l.f. actually has a website and if you are a first time buyer you will receive a discount. Also, Target has a large selection of elf.
