I happened to be in the makeup department at Nordstrom yesterday, and noticed that Lancôme can mix foundation to the exact color you need. Has anyone ever done this?

It's only at certain stores like Nordstrom this is being done. No, the shade I wear is their Dual Finish Powder Claire II or their liquid Teint Idole in 210 Buff (N).

I've had good luck finding foundation color matches with Lancôme without needing a special mix, but I would certainly check into it if I needed it.

I liked their Teinte Idol 24H but I found it to be a little drying on my skin as the day progressed. I liked the Teinte Idol Ultra Cushion in terms of finish and texture, but it started drying out in the compact. Both were great color matches, but I don't think I'll repurchase either. I plan to check into other foundation choices next time I'm at the mall or near the Ulta that sells Lancôme.
