This Wen set was on auto-delivery, and I delayed the third Lavender shipment until October. I received an email on 10/1/12 thanking me for my order, so I thought that I would receive my Wen set in a week or so. On Friday, I checked the order status, and it said&lt;SPAN style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;"Canceled"&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;. QVC did not notify me by email.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Has this happened to anyone else? When I order things on A-D, I would think that QVC had enough in stock for future deliveries. But apparently I was wrong. I contacted them about the cancellation, and they replied: "Unfortunately, our urgent efforts to obtain additional&lt;BR /&gt; merchandise have been unsuccessful."&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I am extremely disappointed with QVC. I wish that I could purchase these great Wen sets somewhere else. As of now, QVC is the only one who has them. So it looks like I am stuck with the Q.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
