Free shipping day issues?

Is anyone having trouble using the search feature and just general issues when clicking through pages of products? When I search for something I get zero results. It's very frustrating. Just wondering if anyone else was having issues.

Yes, and this is simply unacceptable considering the free shipping promotion

They need to extend the offer another day.

There are a lot of people trying to buy here, but can't find products with the search function not working properly.

Yesterday I decided to order 2 items to take advantage of free shipping day. When I was going to complete my order, I realized that shipping charges had been added to my order. I could not understand this because I have been a customer of QVC since day one and have ordered many, many items that are promoted as shipped free, and I have never been charged for the shipping.

I decided to call QVC and I was told that free shipping did not apply for orders made from Puerto Rico. I told the representative that on TV there was no message that it only applied to certain states or to the mainland. Eventually, I decided to cancel the order.

I am very disappointed if this is the new QVC policy for Puerto Rico residents. We are American citizens and already are charged extra shipping when we order from QVC although our postal service is the same as any of the other states (USPS). I usually pay less to return an item to QVC than what I pay to get any merchandise from it. Now we will not have the benefits of free shipping when they are offered.

I hope QVC and its executives will take my concern into consideration. I am sure QVC has many, many customers in Puerto Rico. Thank you.

I had a few items in my cart yesterday and the s/h was showing for each item so I never completed the order. I wasn't going to chance the s/h being charged and bothering to contact CS over it.

QVC really needs to get it together with the website.
