You have to get the facial massage attachment for the smart profile- I find it gives a nice glow and sharpens facial contours. I apply serum and then use the masssge. I've been using mine for about a month, 2x per day. I use to for a lymphatic drainage massage. Also, The foundation brush is the bomb IMO.

@Fluke67, oh I will have to get the massage brush. I love the foundation brush; use mine everyday. About 2 years ago I snagged a deal at Sephora on the Smart Profile. They had it for $199 and it was during their 20%off sale in the Fall. Love mine.
