Her products are WAY OVERPRICED in my opinion. Her husband is annoying he is at times on the show with her and he TAKES OVER! No thanks!

QVC is one shopping channel she hasn't hit yet!! I really liked some of her stuff- WAY back when.... her earlier years on hsn.

She is a good sales person. But with all of the good skin care brands that QVC has attained, why would they bother with Suzanne Sommers.

Suzanne purportedly expanded her product line to include household products and I think clothing. I suspect it may have had something to do with her leaving evine if they weren't willing to let her hawk the rest of her line.

Will the Q allow it? Will they give her the set she insists upon and which host will she ONLY work with? Any guesses?

Which Q host will be Suzanne's new host of choice? Remember that she can't outshine Suzanne...

I actually am shocked. I remember posting that I didn't think QVC would "want her". I like Suzanne, and I used to watch her all of the time on HSN. I rarely watched her on Evine as I didn't care much for her line. It was expensive.

Early on..on HSN...she had some really cute pieces. I still own a few of them. The prices were super high at first, but they became very inexpensive with HSN's rock-bottom sales. I probably won't buy much from her on QVC as the prices will more than likely be more than I'm willing to pay.

I will watch her though.

Suzanne is a bit "out there" with her philosophies, etc.--that's why I'm a bit surprised QVC is adding her in.

I wonder who she will be paired with---Shawn??

I can't stand Suzanne. She has been on every shopping channel available, and she seems to think she knows more than scientists or doctors. She acts like she is natural, but look at that puffy face. Like Lisa Rinna, she's a big tan fake.

Interesting thanks @Chi-town girl! Too bad it is QVC since they never ever offer coupon codes or really good deals so I probably won't have any luck getting to try the few things I wanted to for a good price. I suppose if I wanted to try them, I should have bought from Evine with one of their coupons. I wonder if she ever has any decent deals on her own website?

I haven't watched QVC in ages - too busy and just nothing of interest really on these days. I will try to dvr a show or two to see what she is bringing.

On Evine she was allowed several shows throughout the day and sometimes into the next day. On the Q, she'll be lucky if she gets an hour and then has to fly home. Hubby won't be bringing her coffee on the set, she won't have a choice of host, maybe she'll be on the beauty channel instead. She won't like her new options - trust me. Her husband runs a hard bargain, but he won't like how the Q treats him or her. She won't be treated as special as she was on HSN or Evine.

Maybe it will work on Q if she markets it as a high end, holistic line! Always wanted to try her products especially her hair care, but way overpriced.

@hoosieroriginal ~ with all the products she'll be pushing and selling, I think Suzanne and Alan might just suck it up for the time being and see how "things" go at the Q. Too much at stake to be treated like it's old home week.

Thanks for the info! I really liked to watch Suzanne and Colleen together and back in the day I purchased some of her clothing items, i.e. pajamas, tops and they were made very nicely and lasted a long time, price was reasonable as well. And those PJs were so comfy-they were my favorites and I wore them until they were threads! I also purchased some of her jewelry items-still have them, wearing one of her necklaces now and get complilments on them. I didn't really seem to catch her much on Evine-it seems almost every dang time I turn it on they are selling watches....

I know she is kind of "out there" but that isn't a bad thing. Of all people she has the $$ to go out into the world and explore different ideas. For example, before her I had never heard of bioidentical hormones and I think the information she passes on to us-from her own experiences-can help others. I've raised a few questions to my doctors that I would not have thought of if I hadn't heard some of her experiences.

I hope she brings back her clothing and jewelry items.

For some reason I think Jacque Gonzales would be a great host to present her stuff. Don't know why exactly but that's who I thought of.
