Mally's tarantula eye mascara models?

I saw one presentation, and thought it was a mistake, and then I saw it again! Who wears that much mascara? It looks like the lashes of all of the models were dipped in tar? Not a good look IMO. Is this something new? Do people want to look like that? I like long lashes, but not if they are stuck together in clumps. Not a good sales tool!

I haven't worn mascara in years, but I agree that it is not a good look. I am not sure if that is the "in" look now, because I don't participate in eye makeup! I did sorta like the pencil eyeshadow Mally showed the other night.

I am laughing so hard right now. Watching Qvc beauty shows is kind of like watching a funny sitcom. I not sure what is funnier, the eyelashes or the eyebrows. Ive never seen any woman with those lashes or brows so fakely drawn on! I love the Q.

I could put 20 coats of that or any mascara and still not get eyelashes that long. I wonder if they have extensions.

Sounds like the same models Laura Geller was using yesterday. She kept talking about the wand "separating" but the model had dark clumpy lashes.

Looking at that picture of Tammy, she's really not wearing a lot more makeup than your average tv personality. It's just poorly applied--not blended, and the colors aren't right for her. If the same amount were applied properly and with flattering colors, I bet we'd say she looked done up, but well put together. Ah well.. Regarding the Qvc mascara models, there's a blonde one who I really do suspect uses latisse or gets extensions. The mascara always looks bizarre on her because her lashes are so long but not terribly full. One time my when husband was walking through the room and saw her modeling mascara on the tv, he got scared. It was either IT or Mally.

I don't know who thinks it looks good (someone with bad taste). Those models need to take a good look in the mirror to see how bad they look.

I think the formula to Mally's mascara changed somewhere along the way. I was using it and loved it (Don't worry- I didn't have spider eyes!) but then I got a couple that were just very clumpy and not as good as before.

I totally agree, when the eyes/ lashes before mascara look better than when said mascara is applied...there is something not quite right.

For once I was not fooled by the gorgeous models or photoshop.

Lancome has terrific ones and their waterproof mascara remover is the best. I do not understand the prejudice against drug store cosmetics. Not in Europe but in the US in order to buy the only product that really elogantes your lashes you need a prescription.🌻

Glad someone else said that about eyebrows too. Some of it looks so BAD and FAKE. I think one should use as little as possible to get natural looking eyebrows.

Mally has bad taste. To do the models lashes like that and try to use that look to sell, she must think us viewers find that a good look and want that. I would never buy her mascara from that presentation.

False lashes or extensions coupled with massive amounts of mascara is my guess. I'm not a fan.

When Malloy shows her models with so much mascara that they can barely keep their lids opened, it certainly is a turn off!!! Definitely not a plus for selling her mascara.

Maybe that's why she's "giving" us 6 of them at such a great price. Back to the lab Mally for a more natural looking formula.

I saw that and wondered how in the heck do they remove all that mascara? It's certainly not attractive and turns me off on buying Mally's mascara. Who wants to look like that?

I totally agree this is a very bad, harsh look. The purpose of makeup, to me is to enhance what you were born with, not alter your appearance in the most artificial way. I have used so many mascaras over the years, including Mally and yes, I also agree the formula is too thick to work with. So I have gone back to an old favorite from the 1970s and 80s...Clinique. I thought I would give them a whirl and I love their mascara and also their lipsticks in the silver tube. Some of the old shades are still in existance! And a bonus is a lot of times you get the free gift with purchase with nice goodies in the bag!
