Sephora Not Showing Reviews Anymore?

I went to the Sephora website and was looking for a review on a product and hit reviews and nothing came up. So I tried to look at reviews at some other products and the same thing happened. Has anyone else encountered this problem? I always look at reviews before buying a product.

@cuddlesmama Yes! Apparently they haven't worked out the kinks when they revamped their website. Sometimes, I get reviews but mostly not...

Maybe this has just started, but since they revamped their website I was able to read reviews.

I was able to after their website update but now I cannot... I emailed them but got the standard unhelpful response...

I was having the same problem when accessing the site using Safari...but when I used Firefox I could see the reviews without a problem...hope this helps you too

Now there is a new problem when using Safari on I Pad -- you search for a specific brand and the search doesn't work. You click on Brands and it doesn't come up unless you sign in first.

Looks like the reading of reviews problem has been resolved. I was able to read the NARS liquid blush reviews without the black general info box blocking the reviews. And I can see the brands list without having to sign in.

I can't navigate their new system on my PC. When I need to check something out, I use my iPhone. Their system is horrible! My iPhone does show reviews.
