    <description>I got it this week and used it this morning. I must not be applying it correctly. It was hard to judge how much to use and how to apply it. Instead of being more matte which I expected from the presentation, it was shiny and did not cover at all. Can anyone give me some tips? Otherwise it's going back. Thanks.</description>
