At first it seemed silly to put them on and off... but now it is like putting on my seat belt. I automatically put them on each time I get ready to back out the car... and remove them when I get ready to get out of the car. Most people do not think about all the sun damage they get just from having their hands on the wheel of the car and the sun hitting them day after day. You could also wear hand cream or sun screen with SPF I suppose.
