He's been to the dermatologist and was prescribed renova (generic retin-a) and has also taken the antibiotic called doxycycline (perhaps similar to tetracycline), which initially helped but stopped the antibiotic and still has issues with the acne. He will go back to the derm, but I was wondering for those who've used ABS, if it helped your acne issues. If it did, please share which type ABS worked most effectively. I know that the soap comes in both liquid and bar soap. Also, were there any negatives to having used the ABS?
