    <description>&lt;P&gt;to the company, that is? Mine has stopped working, though it's still under warranty. It starts up, but then shuts itself off. I've changed the battery, but I think it's the computer chip. Has anyone ever had to send their unit back to the company and how long did it take until you received a new one?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
