It has a white pump that you insert to pump out the cream from the bottle.</P> <P>Sounds easy, right? I cannot get the plastic pumps to work! I stupidly threw out the last one that actually did work. But, I have 2 pumps that I cannot budge!</P> <P>I've turned it in the direction of the arrow to open.. nothing... I've twisted and turned and pushed up and turned until I have blisters on my fingers! The thing (neither of them) will budge!</P> <P>The first one I had worked, but try as I might, I cannot get these other ones to work. What am I doing wrong?
