A question about the Perricone TSV nightcream

This is my third day and it comes out seperated oil first and this is afer shaking it. The weather has been mild so that should not be a shipping issue. If it is like that now i can only imagine three months later. Any problems with any one else. This was the main reason i got TSV , because i have the day version on hold.

Yes I'm having the same problem. I don't think it should - but it does come out oily from the tube. I also have a jar of the night version - so I decided to use it from the jar and when jar is empty - squeeze the tube supply in the jar. I think this should be brought to Dr P's attention - otherwise I love and use many of his products. Shaking the tube is a waste of time and effort in my opinion.

I think i am sending back , itried it again and oil first it is not runny just oil first then cream i know the day version sometimes is runny , what a dissapointment.

I have used it for a couple of years and the tubes all do this. I store mine upside down (cap up) in a makeup organizer. I think it helps slightly. I haven't tried gently kneading the tube, but that might work too. Doesn't bother me so I don't fuss with it.

You have to shake the tube to mix the ingredients.

I have used hunderds of products and have never had one that separates like this , it isn't like it is a two phase product that is supposed to do this. Even after shaking oil comes out separately from cream. I will have it face it i got a dud.
