What is going on with the Sephora site??

Looks like they're updating it but all day & night you cannot shop with them. No place to click on to sign in or able to get products? Is it just me ?

Yeah, the website has been redesigned. I was just able to log in and add products to my cart. I'm using a laptop and Chrome to access the site. Hope you're able to use the site now as well!

I used to have a terrible time placing my order until I switched to Google Chrome. Now I have no problem. When I was having those issues, I would have to shop from the app on my iPhone and then my order would go through.

And slightly off topic, I spoke with Ulta on the phone yesterday and their website is not really compatible with Safari browser on I Pads. You cannot advance to see all the color choices by moving the right hand side bar. The entire page moves instead of just that area!

I know, and it wasn't always that way! Just recently. Very annoying! And I can't find their app in the app store. Terrible website in need of a big overhaul in general.

And I am getting just blank pages when I click on anything on Sephora, too.

Go to the Apple Store and get it from there, I think.

Don't do it!? you are safe now. Apple always works out the glitches.

I never have problems ordering from Ulta. Until yestrday , same for Sephora. Patience?

It's the website of Ulta that is the problem, not the Ulta app. I don't use either of their apps.

CoG, I think you may be on to something here... today the Sephora site through safari is working better. Still can't check out or click on products but at least now it's recognizing me now. I'll give it some more time!! Thanks for talking me off the cliff!!

Since the update to the website I can't find the link that lists all the brands Sephora sells. On the old website I never had a problem. I am using a lap top. Anyone else having a problem?

@Jordan2 I'm having the exaxt same problem and I've called Sephora, tried to use Mozilla and Google Chrome-nada.

This is the 1st time I've experienced this at the Sephora website. Since I dont have a store near me, it looks like I may have to shop elsewhere.

I called Sephora yesterday after not being able to sign out after placing an order. They are well aware of all kinds of glitches. I was told to clear my browser and that should sign me out which it did. They recongfigured their site last week and it is a little tricky to manuever. One nice thing though to track an order there is an option to track an order rather than going through your account bla bla bla.

I am having this same problem with Sephora and looking for specific brands. So it is still not fixed. I'll have to go out to the mall to our Sephora store to see if they have what I am looking for.

I am struggling with the Sephora site as well and I have tried Safari and Google Chrome. I have issues on both. I get "400 Bad Request" when searching for an item. When I find an item, I can't add it to my cart. It's very frustrating.

EDIT: I just tried to send an email to customer service. I pressed send and I get "ACCESS DENIED, YOU DON'T HAVE PERMISSION TO ACCESS". What???

Yes, Sephora has absolutely the WORST website for online shopping. I had problems around the holidays a few times and just recently another problem. I got so frustrated trying to checkout and I had a Sephora gift card too. Using the card should have been a breeze but it wasn't. Then I had to call on the phone several times (that was another mini nightmare) because my information that I input onto their site disappeared, yet they had my money from my gift card. Ugh, it was so frustrating. You know how at the end they ask if you want to take a survey? I left a message regarding their website needs to be overhauled. Sephora was always my favorite, but I've actually "made up" with Ulta . Ulta has really stepped up their game. They made so many significant and positive changes and now I find myself shopping with them. And, their website is more user friendly.

The Sephora site has been unusable since they did the update. 80% of the time I click on anything I get a blank page error. There have been a flood of frustrated posts in the Sephora Community and the Sephora reps keep replying 'we are aware of the issues and are working to resolve them'. but it has been days and days, very frustrating. I did download the app on my iphone and that is working fine but that really isn't great for browsing.

I can't believe that such a large company would allow their site to go unusable for so many days, they have to be losing so much money because it is not possible to shop or make purchases on their site now...
