Before my question, let me COMPLETELY apologize for a very "un-beauty" related question on this board...and I have no other excuse, other than I like you ladies and trust your advise and feel like this might be a "dumb" question to admit to having to ask someone face to face....ha ha!

I am off to a running start with school for my wee ones, and then off the a few hours of work each week. I have found myself trying a few new coffee beverages and have never before been much of a coffee drinker. Only a diet coke here and there. So I was introduced to an iced white mocha, which I love....fatted down of course with no whip, low-fat milk and only 2 pumps of white mocha. I then had a friend suggest an iced coffee with extra milk and then ask them to pump a few drops of white mocha inside.....great dupe for 1/2 the cost.

So....long story short....I want to go even cheaper and try to make something at home. So here's where the "dumb-ish" question is.......how do you make iced coffee?? Do I brew some hot in the morning and then chill it in fridge...?? Would making it the night before to chill, make it gross? I'm just not sure of the shelf life of coffee?? And then...what kind do I get?? I don't like bitter coffee.....really mild. Is there such thing as white mocha sweeteners??

I really feel odd being an adult asking how to make coffee....but I know some of you gals might know! Thanks!!
