NEW Beauty IQ Channel

Can’t get enough of beauty? Have you heard about the new Beauty IQ channel that you can see on qvc.com? It is all beauty all the time! Here is a link to it---> WATCH BEAUTY IQ. I would suggest a menu of past content so people can choose which videos to watch.

Yes, I know about the new Beauty IQ channel as I watch QVC, QVC Plus, and Beauty IQ through the QVC app on my ipads. I think there's something for everyone but there's a lot of repitition of programming on that channel too. I love everything about beauty and fashion though.

Beauty IQ was such a delightful change. The Me, Me , I, focus of Tuesday Night Beauty and Friday Night Beauty is unbearable. The idea of allowing the Experts to demonstrate their products has been offered by dozens of forum posts, countless calls to customer service. Just when it seems Q is listening and responding the focus of BIQ now seems to be the host once again. The viewer might not be as enchanted with this young woman as she obviously is with herself. Please give the floor/ stage to the Experts!

Alberti does a fantastic job with any presentation he is assigned. He will be missed on QVC.

Sunday, Alberti and Mally gave us the most delightful 2 hours of televised beauty, ever ! Mally demonstrated her products, gave application tips and showed the world why the most celebrated stars clamor for her expertise. Alberti is the perfect host! Hope tptb make this a regular experience!

so I'm on U-verse and for some reason this channel comes up shrunken despite being "HD" which is what the non-HD channels do.It is really annoying and almost unwatchable. Anyone else having this problem?

I feel the same way. I am not a fan of TN Beauty, and Friday Night Beauty is compltely unbearable to watch.

I checked out Beauty IQ this Friday, and I really enjoyed it. I love Alberti, and I did not think that Elise was that bad. I enjoyed being able to ask a question through FB, and have the Experts answer your questions. I also enjoy the tips that are offered. It's a completely different feel then the other channel.

@Anabanana745, it's non-HD on TV (though it comes across as HD on my iPad). Do you have a way of changing the aspect on your TV? I have DirecTV and there's a Format buttom which changes the aspect ratio for the non-HD channels. You may have something similar.

One thing that really needs improving on the BeautyIQ channel is removing the horizontal chyron (the text and graphics taking up the lower third of the screen) as it hides part of the faces and the beauty demos. The graphics need to move back to the left hand vertical side of the screen.

This is really apparent when Beauty IQ is running repeated segments that aired originally on QVC Live or QVC Plus because those programs originally aired with the graphics on the left and not the bottom third of the screen.
