make up question

anyone not every wear make up? i truthfully have not put on any make up in years? anyone else not wear make up? personal I do not think i need it and my skin is really nice.

Sometimes on the weekend, I don't wear make up. I tend to go for a long morning run and then clean up after. If I am not going anywhere, I will put on my spf Josie Maran or IT cream with spf

I've never worn foundation makeup, except for a very short-lived BE moment. I do wear color cosmetics, though, but sparingly. I also wear a whisp of powder (right now I am really liking IT Bye-Bye Pores) in the center of my face.

I have really good skin, too; I always have, really.

Only about once a week, if I leave the estate, lol

A bit of powder foundation, eye shadow, mascara, blush. I am so pale I look dead without a bit in the winter.

What do you mean by make-up? I've not worn foundation ever in my life. I will wear eye/lip color (though not always).

I have worn make up since I was 16.....I had acne and it helped hide the blemish and redness in my skin. I put it on every day but not a lot....foundation, sometimesjust a powder others times liquid. Blush, eye liner and mascara...that's it....all applied with a light hand. I am very pale and need something and my foundation always has an SPF.

I look better with makeup, so I wear it. It's just a personal choice, like so many other things.

Due to my allergies and frustration at finding a good color match, I have never worn it. I don't have the patience or skills for putting on foundation.

I do envy those who do wear it and look very natural and polished.

I have been wearing bareMinerals Complexion Rescue since it came out. I like the idea that it started life as a skincare product and color was added to it, (some days I even mix Josie Maran's sunscreen with it). Regular makeup has always been to heavy for me.

The only time I don't wear makeup is bedtime and whenever I'm sick. I always wear some makeup. I could never go out shopping or anywhere with people see me not wearing makeup especially on my eyes. My friend is a teacher in grammar school. She has never worn makeup. She finally told me that all the women working in her school try not to dictate to the young girls that they must look a certain way to get ahead in the world. Hence the no make up look she sports. I don't know if I agree with their logic.

I envy people who go to a job every day with no makeup. Their morning routine must be so much shorter and easier than for those of us who take the time to put on our "face".

Since I feel more confident wearing makeup, I use it. I've worn lipstick since I was 11 years old. I'm just too old to analyze why I enjoy it so much. Maybe because I love the entire process of applying it and seeing the results....

I don't wear makeup. My skin is nice and even so I don't need foundation or blush. I hate lipstick... I hate the feel of it and I have no need for eye makeup either. My brows are dark and don't need filled in.

i know how to professionally apply makeup and have worn it on special occasions and also to hide redness when I get poison ivy really bad.

I love makeup. I enjoy sitting and playing with it. Right now being disabled I really don't have a place where I can reach everything and sit and play. I am looking forward to moving and organizing my makeup where I can reach it. Even though I don't go out of the house much I will still do it everyday when I have a place to put it. So right now I don't really do it everyday or very often.

This is the beauty board. I would think most of us who read/post here wear some makeup. I always wear at least a CC cream that has sunscreen in it as well as brow pencil and lip gloss.

That's my mimimum and takes about 2 minutes to apply. If I want to add mascara, liner, shadow, blush...maybe another 2 minutes? I don't understand the remarks about how this takes so much time?

If I am going to be home, I only wear moisturizer. When I go out, I wear tinted moisturizer, sometimes a sheer powder, lipstick, brown mascara and a little blush.

That's my routine too! And it takes me 30 minutes to put on my makeup. If I try to be faster or skip some steps, I just don't look "finished" to me! I wish I could do it in a couple of minutes, like some posters here but I just can't.
