I also had an issue of the lead falling out of the product. I ordered each from a different place so I know it's not a dealer problem. Anyone else have a problem with the color? When I tried the Caramel, which is the color for strawberry blondes (have a custom color, guessing at name, and highlights), no luck either. I think it would have been nice. I guess I am back to using BE brow powder in Auburn; would have liked to add a nice pencil.
