JOSIE MARON PEACH BODY BUTTER TSV KIT REVIEW

when you open the jar of the peach body butter-it really smells like juicy peaches....but after you put it on your skin it doesn't............Also-I noticed that the large jar of body butter is filled up to the top with no gaping whole of missing product and it's really thick-thicker than the other butters.

The face butter is very nice-sinks right into the skin-

The lipstick-I don't care for-no color to speak of.

mY 2 FAVORITE BUTTERS ARE THE VANILLA PEAR AND THE RED ROOBOIS.....HEAVENLY!!!!!

I just received mine today and I agree - the body butter does smell like juicy peaches. I was kind of worried about a scented face cream but it is a very faint peach scent and I didn't notice it once I had it on. The lipstick was just okay.

Thanks for posting that the scent didn't last. I got the set of small TSV, last year when she had blue hair, and those didn't last & wondered if it was a different manufacturer. My Vanilla Pear lasts and Vanilla Apricot does, but not as long as the Vanilla Pear. I'm curious if the regular Vanilla Fig lasts dissipates?

I have the Vanilla Fig illuminating BB and I find the scent does last. The only other scent I've tried is the Vanilla Apricot and I found that one fairly long lasting too.

Good to hear the the peach scent in the face butter isn't too strrong. I actually edited my order to unscented once I realized both butters had scent, but I have it on A/D so may try another scent for the next order.

The face butter is my fav & I got this one after they said the scent was faint..

My Hub took my current tub so coming just in time...

well......I was wrong-the body butter as I was using it, it collapsed and a gaping whole was there..................So.......now there is 1/5 missing in the jar. I know it goes by weight-but it was nice to actually see the tub was full at some point.

Also-I must have had some perfume risidual because it does smell peachy one it's on. It's very nice.

@catlover If you tap the jars of (Josie's or other whipped products) a few times the volume returns and the jar is full again...It's because it is a whipped product that is settles.

I always give them a good tap on the counter and they are fine...

I received my tsv yesterday as well. The body butter wasn't completely full, but pretty close. It definitely smells like a juicy peach. I wasn't sure I'd like it on myself but it's not strong and faded a bit after a while. I sprayed my vanilla wafer on top of the juicy peach. I liked the combination. I love the face butter. Very faint smell and it made my face feel so soft. The lipstick is just okay. I have been using the oil for a while and I like it. Over all I really like the tsv and am glad I got it on auto-delivery.

I'm really loving the body butters💕

If you put 8oz in a vessel the vessel needs to be a little larger. Products ship in airplanes and other modes of trans and a little room is needed for changes in temp and altitude.

Oh wow I am so happy I switched to peach at last minute!

the face butter scent is so light it doesn't bother me at all & the peach body butter is my new favorite! I hope she keeps it.. lipstick I don't care for but I can use it under lipgloss maybe..

It's amazing how different we all are! I really had to sniff hard to smell even the lightest peach fragrance. I too, had to turn the jar over to make sure I didn't get the unscented version. This is my first time trying Josie's products. I have dry skin so I was really looking forward to it! Unfortunately I don't feel the moisture in the body butter like many of you do. It absorbs quickly but I still feel dry. The lipstick is a bust as well. Talk about dry!! Very little color payoff and it doesn't stay 5 minutes on me. I'm holding out on reviewing the face butter and the oil. I will probably have to add oil to the body butter to feel the moisturizing affects of it.

Agree with you, especially about the lipstick - it is the driest lipstick I have ever applied, and no color (dud for sure)! Adding argan oil to the body butter will definitely provide more hydration. Good luck!
