WEN 613 PUMP??

I've been using Wen for years, never had a problem with the pumps.

My last Wen 613 bottle, the pump broke when I opened it.

I called QVC CS for a replacement pump. They sent one, which was not the right pump for the 613 bottle. It was too long and thin.

I called for another pump, and they sent me the wrong one again!!!

I can't understand what is going on, but they are too expensive to not work correctly.

Anyone else having this problem??

Go directly to WEN's CS. You should be able to find a phone number on the bottle or it'll be on the Chaz Dean website. They'll help you. Make sure you specify it's the 613 pump.

you can cut off the bottom of the pump to make it fit. you can alo buy shampoo liter pumps at beautybrands and ulta sometimes and you can cut them to to fit

I did email Chaz Dean site today and they were very helpful and will be sending me a pump. Thanks again.
