We did make an appointment for the makeover but we also purchased about $150 of the products used on her that she liked so there was no charge for the service. We have never done this before and as I went to pay I got this awkward feeling because I did not know what the protocol was for the situation. Do they get commission on the sale? Is it just part of their job? There isn't a line for tip on the credit/debit slip like in restaurants and I had no cash on me so I didn't do anything but it has been bothering me ever since.
