Too Faced sent me a 20% offer, except there is absolutely no promotion code. When I went to check out, even after I signed in it wasn't activated. I shot them a snarky, "Well bless your heart!" email.

Well, it could have been an honest mistake, but I guess you think it's some sort of conspiracy. Rather than send off a nasty email, why didn't you just pick up the phone and call their Customer Service so you could complete your transaction? Wouldn't that have made more sense?
