    <description>I'm having my own issues with customer service that have nothing to do with auto delivery since I cancelled those! LOL I'm in Miami and I'm so tempted to find where they're broadcasting from and go complain to somebody that might actually care and can put a bug in the CEO's ear about their customer service. You just can't complain to customer service about customer service!</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;RANT - All my Isomers that were on A/D were cancelled and now my Beekman soaps did not ship and has been moved 3 times. &amp;nbsp;OMG what is going on over there? &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have reported it to both customer service and corporate headquarters (and Beekman). &amp;nbsp;Just wondering if anyone else has had A/D issues over there. &amp;nbsp;I think this is my last straw.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

In fact, I was just watching a SKINN recorded show and the host clearly stated that with any AD on Evine, the people who sign up with the AD will ALWAYS get their product before it ever gets sold to the general population so that is still SUPPOSE to be how it works but, apparently, hasn't lately. I think they are selling them to the general public first since they are getting more money than they are from the AD orders since AD orders generally cost less. Pretty shady for sure!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I am so over their blatant lies and pricing games. Now I do realize that they are entitled to play their stupid pricing game but it gets to me (but that is not the topic here). &amp;nbsp;As for the auto-deliveries - that is false advertising or whatever you want to call it and I am calling them out on it. They legally cannot make those statements. &amp;nbsp;Bet they'll cancel the A/D and say it wasn't available to cover their a##es. I wonder if I'll hear back from Beekman. &amp;nbsp;Doubtful - they were unresponsive the last time. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Yes!!! I'm very aggravated. I have the AD set of four soaps with four facial wipes (pure goat milk). They were not able to fill the AD due to it being "out of stock". HOWEVER I saw the set of four soaps and set of four facial wipes being sold separately on the website... And in stock!! I get it if it's completely out of stock on the WHOLE website... Ok I'll wait. But it's completely BS if it's in stock only if you're buying the items separately at reg price.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes and no. I agree with the poster who stated she thinks EVINE is fulfilling the orders of those paying MORE and leaving the AD orders in the dust.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have 2 AD's with EVINE, both for SKINN products: Hand mask with cuticle cream and a hair trio. No issues with the hair trio but the Hand Masks and cuticle cream? OH yeah... nothing but problems.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Story:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's set up for every 30 days. My set didn't arrive. I went online and saw it processing. I called. Yes, it's processing and should be out soon. Another week went buy. Still processing. 3 weeks and in another week, the NEXT monthly shipment should be going out. Usually the AD for my hair trio says "processing" a few days before it ships and then it ships on the 15th of month. Knowing this, I waited to see "processing" for the 3rd shipment of hand masks and instead I saw "ERROR" under ALL my hand mask AD's.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I called the Evine CC VS and charges were pending for the past and future sets (which now read ERROR). The charge has not gone through for the first month AD and they didn't know why; it was just sitting as pending and same with the next months' AD.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, I call EVINE CS. Nice guy but clueless... I mean he truly didn't know why the first AD hadn't been sent and NO CLUE as to what ERROR meant. I was on and off hold for 90 minutes as he was checking on this and that. He came on and said "I'm so sorry but your entire AD has been canceled. The vendor couldn't deliver". Oh really. So why is it for sale on the site? Back he went to someone. After 90 minutes of this (he really was a nice guy; I felt bad for him) I asked to speak to his boss. A snippy woman came on; yes she was aware, no she didn't know why, so sorry. At that point, I let loose and the following words may or may not have been used:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;*Liar&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;*Deceitful&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;*Fraud&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;*BIL who is a lawyer&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;*Facebook&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;*Forums&lt;BR /&gt;*BBB&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;*Moronic&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;*Laws in MN regarding mail fraud/false advertising&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;*Skinn Facebook&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And then I hung up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;About 30 minutes later, my phone pinged telling me there was a new email. Lo and behold, it was from EVINE informing me that my AD had shipped! BOTH of them. I go look at my account and all the ERRORs are gone. I check with my CC and yes, it was charged but there was also a credit for the amount of one of the kits (they sent one for free).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Haven't had an issue since. NO CLUE what happened or why but there it is. I have zero faith in them and watch my account like a hawk.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;CS sucks hence my canceling all my ADs.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I do know that when it's cancelled it can be reactivated because I've done it before.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't remember the situation but they were willing to reactivate a previously deactivated AD.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a couple of years worth of Isomers and plenty of Beekman for me AND for gifts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When the time comes I'll probably do another Isomers set on AD.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a bad feeling the 4th and last AD for the Beekman Bounty Box (Linden) will not be fulfilled. I was on the phone this am with Evine CS regarding Skinn AD's and was told there's no stock available for the upcoming shipment! It was all sold out! &amp;nbsp;Supposedly they're working with the vendor to fulfill the orders. I am not going to hold my breath on this one and needless to say extremely disappointed and po'd. Like so many of have experienced their CS leaves so much to be desired. Even if you speak to what appears to be a knowledgeable rep, the left and right hands are just clueless and order status is all over the place. It's getting to be impossible to believe what you see and hear. It makes me sick and I have to really question Beekman doing another run to fulfill these Linden BB orders. Pitiful management across the board.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I received a letter that my Skinn hand mask w/cuticle cream (2nd shipment) would be delayed but they filled the order&amp;nbsp;eventually, because of that I also went on auto-delivery for the hand mask w/hand cream when it was offered, figured I'd have a better chance at getting at least one of them delite red. I'm also on auto-delivery for consult beaute's vitamins and cleansing balm/eye cream/ facial peel. I haven't received my 2nd shipment of the&amp;nbsp;vitamins yet. I canceled the cleansing balm kit but not before the 2nd shipment got sent out. Low and behold I received a 3rd shipment, I don't know why the first time I cancelled it didn't take, maybe I didn't complete the cancellation order; how I wish that was an auto-delivery order they couldn't fill.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Maybe you saw that I tried to increase the quantity of the last autumn clematis bb. Can't do that like the Q does, but multiple reps said increasing my AD to 30 days would create an additional order. Round and round and round I went with this, ultimately to no avail. Sickening waste of time. It seemed like I was speaking with seasoned reps too. Now this winter BB is at risk. You have no idea how angry I am. No, I take that back. You do! And I am truly sorry for that. Your experiences are beyond the pale of aggravation. I can only shake my head in disbelief. The loss of credibility and goodwill will take its toll, especially with so many customers on these boards. I think&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/539"&gt;@SahmIam&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;has the right idea. Rally to social media, apparently that's where most companies pay attention and (attempt to) resolve issues. Am I correct? Have you noticed problem solving interest on Facebook for example? Or anyone else observing momentum in those venues. I am not on Facebook, only my observations reading lead me to this possible alternative call to action...Whatcha think? &amp;nbsp;To many reps or supervisors say one thing that most often has questionable follow up, if any. Beekman CS seems to drop the ball the more I read comments. Too much to soon, too little too late? Have they grown so fast at the risk of losing their original customers by these poorly executed decisions and inventory issues, sure seems like it to me!!! Disgusting at best.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;I never received a letter or email about anything regarding the winter bounty box. &amp;nbsp;I was counting on my other 8 piece kit of the pure to break up into gifts. &amp;nbsp;The Linden box was for me because I only went on auto-delivery for the fall and winter scents. &amp;nbsp;I don't like florals at all. &amp;nbsp;I guess that was just a waste of my time and $$$ because I hated the first 2 boxes. &amp;nbsp;I sent 1 back. &amp;nbsp;Love the clematis and I'm sure I would have liked the Linden - will never know now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/39547"&gt;@rochelleS&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;- your comments above are very well said and I totally agree about the social media thing. &amp;nbsp;I am not on facebook either though. &amp;nbsp;Only on the Dimitri's Dazzlers page (not using my full name). Otherwise, due to personal circumstances beyond my control I pulled my facebook page a few years ago and never put it back up. &amp;nbsp;I did write on the Beekman website where you can make inquiries, etc., and called their CS. &amp;nbsp;No response - not surprised!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I personally can't blame only Beekman though as someone stated above because it is not just Beekman, but other vendors as well that are cancelling auto-deliveries with no notice to their customers. Evine should notify customers in advance that those products are no longer available before they just cancel. &amp;nbsp;I check my account and see "CLOSED". &amp;nbsp;Seriously??? That is Evine all the way. I understand they are trying to attract new customers, but in doing so, will alienate their loyal customers. No less than they deserve IMO. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
