By the time I do my serum, moisturizer & SPF, I'm ready for a 5 minute makeup and done. No way am I adding another step. Thank God my hair is naturally curly. It air dries while I'm getting ready...no blow drying, flat ironing for me...fairly low maintenance.

I tried Laura's Spackle and returned -- it did nothing. I use Mally's which does keep make-up looking good longer. I also use Dimitri's Skinn Orchid primer. I still like Mally's better. I've used Smashbox which was good but not better than Mally's. I do need a lid primer as I have oily lids and need some primer help there. I like Laura Geller and have tried her make-up but don't have much luck with it.

I've used Spackle for at least 5 years and will rebuy it when I run out. I used Smashbox a long time ago, then didn't use primer for a few years, but I've stayed with Spackle ever since I started using it and that's mainly because it works. My makeup looks just as good at the end of the day as it does when I first apply it in the morning. I reapply lip gloss during the day, but I never have to touch up my makeup.

I always used the regular version (Laura Geller Spackle Cream Under Makeup Primer), but I switched to her Supercharged version about a month ago. It has antioxidents and other ingredients that I thought might help now that I'm over 50. The other difference is Supercharged is slightly tinted yet I don't notice that it's added any color to my face once it's applied.

I think the key to Spackle is to use a small amount, otherwise it's too wet and takes too long to dry. When I used the super size bottle, I only used a half pump because a full pump was way too much product.

The only think I don't like about the Supercharged version is that it comes in a white tube. I wish the tube was clear so I could tell when it's running low so I know when to reorder.
