Honestly I have stopped wasting money trying to find one from the drugstore. My favorite is from Marc Jacobs but the waterproof gel liners from urban decay and makeup forever are very good as well - no smudging, waterproof and stay all day and dont transfer. Considering how long a liner lasts I figure it's worth it especially when I avoid the waste of all those cheapies from the drugstore that never work. This is one item worth the splurge.

Sue98, I would like some suggestions too. It has to be drugstore though. When I tightline my upper lid, it transfers to my lower and it's not a good look. I usually use Cover Girl eyeliners.

Recently I tried the L'Oreal Matte-Matic (I got it at Walgreens) and it works for me. It is a crayon type, but what I like is the fact that it is not one of those "greasy and all over your eyes" types. It rolls on easily and stays in place for most of the day, and I really like it. I hope this helps.

Ugh. I think tightlining is so unsanitary! And why would anyone draw on the wet part of your eye and think it will stay and not run? I personally don't care for the look and the thought of all the germs you are putting into your precious eyes drive me crazy.
