The lady told me because it was a TSV that sold out they have no more to send out. They refunded me my $ but it was my favorite Chaz set and was such an awesome price! It would cost triple the price to buy each piece separately on QVC.com. Wish they'd let me buy the 4 pieces at the TSV price but I guess it wasn't QVC'S fault.
