I for one will not be buying aclarisonic ever again. I had a clarisonic Mia for just over a year ( 14 mo to be exact - 1/3 of which i didn't even use it) and it all of a sudden just stopped taking a charge. Tried mult times to get it to charge, no luck so I called Clarisonic support.

"gee -- I'm sorry - it sounds like the rechargable battery just stopped taking a charge. That happens sometimes. And since you are out of the warranty period there is nothing I can do. UNLESS you want to purchase ANOTHER ONE at a slightly discounted price. "

I am sorry -- over $115 for something that no longer works after 1 yr is too high a price for me. Especially when I can get a very similar "nutrasonic" from HSN at less than 1/2 the price.

Too bad because i really liked how it worked on my skin, but do not trust another one to work any better than this one.
