Yet it is not their fault they have to obey rules but to me QVC gives the best customer service. I will be bowing out of EVINE.

I forgot to add and many of you probably know but if they ship 3 items together in one box it is $6.99 in shipping for each item..........that is insane.............NO MORE EVINE.

I shopped with them one time when they were ShopNBC. I ordered a Christmas item that arrived damaged. They would not give me a full refund on my return. If I remember correctly, they only paid for return shipping up to a certain amount, even though I couldn't ship it back for that amount.

I ended up keeping the item, and closing my account with them. Sounds like Evine isn't any better. Just a new name.

Wow! Does that mean when you buy three things from QVC they knock the shipping off of 2? Or do they just ship in three separate boxes to justify it?

Yeah their customer service leaves a lot to be desired but their prices more than makes up for their shipping costs the majority of the time.

Yeah. They used to be much better, when they were ShopNBC, and I had a lot of fun shopping there. Free shipping days, plenty of coupons floating everywhere, good prices and customer service. Not much left of it now.

But I am still shopping with Evine and will be in the future - they sell my favorite product line, and have excellent deals during visit time!

I do not buy small single items with $6.99 shipping tags! In most cases buy only kits with several items in them - TTVs, and other special pricing, with shipping is reduced. The product is super, deals on these kits are awesome, reduced shipping is more than reasonable, what's not to like?

And for free shipping opportunities, I have Evine credit card, that gets me free shipping days regulary. Well, then they play price changing game..... I play too and buy only, when they have the item I want and at the good price.

QVC does the same thing so I don't know what the issue is about that.

EVINE offers more free shipping weekends than QVC EVER does. I honestly don't order from either site all that much anymore unless sit's free shipping (so that tells you out often I order from the Q).

HSN gets my money now. True mark downs on clearance, free shipping on just about everything I tend to order or at least a discount when I order more than one item.

I've always had good CS from Evine. Same with QVC & HSN.

Shipping policies have nothing to do with CS

@DowntonAbbey, are you are talking to me? If so, I use Isomers line of skincare. She is going to come with a visit on December 6 and 7. Whatever good product configuration kits and special pricing will be offered on this visit, the shows are not sceduled yet.

Yes I was asking you. Thank you for letting me know what products you like. I have been using the Isomers Gensis eye lash ehancer. I have talked to people using this saying their lashes have grown and gotten thicker. Time will tell.

Evine is the same as QVC in offering free shipping, VERY RARELY. Best for free shipping is HSN. They're tops for that out of the three shopping channels.

Just saw something totally ridiculous on Evine. A 1,400 dollar Morganite ring with a shipping price of 12.99. How ridiculous is that.

I'm only speculating here but I suspect it's because it goes UPS the entire way and doesn't switch over to USPS, which is probably cheaper, being that it's a very valuable item. Have you done any overnight or shipping in general? The price is ridiculous. we overnight documents that weigh nothing and it's 25 bucks. Even things we ship regular through one of the shipping services is always at least $10 or more

@itiswhatitis I never thought about that. For 1400 bucks they would insure it. It's a drop dead gorgeous ring that's for sure. Thanks for clearing that up and thanks to @Andreatoo also for stating about the insurance.

When I turned on the show I noticed that the ring just under $1,000 was $10 to ship but the necklace that was over a thousand was 12.99
