Purchased several eyeliner pencils. When I tried to sharpen them they literally fell apart. Contacted Tarte in August 2016. They wanted pictures. I sent them. I got a WOW we are shocked. we will replace. I have contacted them reapeatedly and I get a polite, thank you for your patience.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>They have not replaced them and it have been over three months now.&nbsp;</P><P>REALLY!!!
