It is very effective on snarls (I have long hair).</P> <P>However, the whole do-this-many-pumps thing as a shampoo is not only unnecessary, but it a is also not as effective as (for me) TIGI's Bedhead -- the red one -- shampoo and especially the conditioner. </P> <P>I didn't like the almond-mint, as I don't like my hair smelling like toothpaste.
