I washed my face, and tried the 100% Pure Maracuja Oil Rollerball. It wasn't nearly as "oily" as I expected. Oil didn't lay on the surface of my face. It absorbed and felt very nice. It wasn't that "ahhhh" feeling I get with some favorite moisture creams, but I'll use it, and see how I end up liking it.

I chose Fair in the Maracuja Miracle Foundation. I tried it on my hand, and it was pretty thick and "greasy" - not light like my HG, Mary Kay Timewise Luminous-wear Liquid Foundation. I buffed the foundation on my face with the brush - it went on well, but lays thicker and heavier than I'm used to. And I suppose because it's heavier, it seems to accentuate my pores. The fact that it's not the best shade (it's a bit light for me) may have to do with the heavy made-up look. If I choose to stay with a/d, I may switch to the next darker shade (Light?) and see if that looks better, and save Fair for the winter.

I had to pick several brush bristles off my face.

I plan to wear this all day tomorrow and see how it lasts, how it looks in the sunlight, as well as applying it with my Beauty Blender sponge (and also try my MK foundation with this TSV brush) to see if its necessarily the foundation, the brush or both that I'm not 100% crazy about.

The eyeshadow is nice - I like the color. It's nothing spectacular, but I'm liking the look. I made the mistake of apparently twisting the eyeliner up a fraction too long and the eyeliner crayon broke and fell out. Not sure what I'm going to do about this. Call CS, try for a partial refund, or send it back... The "look" is good, though.

The mascara is great! And I love the Lipsurgence lipshine - the color and the texture are wonderful. I personally love the color on me.

I'll report back tomorrow or Sunday with how it lasted and looked in daylight. And whether I'm able to use the liner again after it broke.
