topic Favorite cuticle conditioner? in Beauty

Hi, ladies. I'm growing nails largely with the use of vitamin and mineral supplements but I have a great deal of trouble with rough and dry cuticles. I use a cuticle remover and just push back the cuticle with my thumbnail or a soft tip tool. I have tried OPI's Avoplex oil and hand and nail lotion (love the lotion) and had tried TIPS in the past. I find TIPS and the Avoplex very similar and not particularly helpful. Suggestions, please? Thanks!
