Any other bad girls at the Nordstroms make up sales of late?

I caved on the Lancome last night, two bonus gifts for a 75.00 min, well that aint bad! Suffice it to say, I am set on lipstick. Boy oh boy, must add, I took some pics lately of the selfie variety and really did my makeup carefully, used a lipbrush with my lipsticks and OMG, did it ever make a huge difference. Just sayin!

I had a $20 cash certificate from Nordies so used that and bought new shampoo--regenesis by revitalash. Nothing else caught my fancy. And that wasn't on the big ann sale-so really---no I didn't buy anything from the sale. I just wasn't that impressed this year.

I did cave but it has taken me 2 weeks going on 3 weeks tomorrow of trying to get the product. I ordered online because I knew I wouldn't make it to the store.

The first order was stolen, the mail post office in my town, someone got some nice stuff for a good amount of money.

Nordstorm is replacing the items, they should be here tomorrow according to delivery status. Wonder if I will get the box.

I probably should have gone in to get the stuff.,

Isn't it horrible how some people think a package left at your front door is fair game? It's that way in my area, too. It's pathetic.

I bought the MAC all matte eye shadow palette exclusively for Nordstorm (very pretty, but I am new to MAC shadows and they seem to be very sheer), a good deal on two Beauty Blenders and cleaner (by the way, that cleaner cleans my Beauty Blender like it is new!!) and three Sigma brushes (I have been wanting to try them as that seems to be all the beauty bloggers use).

There was a news story about a year ago, I forget where it was but in this one neighborhood many of the residents were having their packages stolen (christmas time) from their front porches.

Someone set up a camera and caught a young girl, around 8 or 9, sneaking up to their front door and snagging the boxes!

Where are her parents?! How do they not notice all her new 'stuff'??

It's an awful thing for any one to do but for some reason it made me angrier with the kid because of the implications and the bigger picture...

Meanwhile I have all packages delivered to my office!

my first box didn't even make it out of the town post office,that is where the tracking ends.

Just tracked replacment box, it has taken 2 days to off load the box to the post office, have to wait till tomorrow for delivery.

that is , now I wonder if i will even get this box.

I had to laugh tonight. The order that never arrived on the 3rd of August from Nordstorm (anniversary sale) on line order. It arrived today with the replacement order that was sent. Couldn't believe I got both orders. DH has to bring one of the orders back to NORDIE'S tomorrow.

tracking said out for delivery on the 2-3rd of August (can't remember which day). The tracking left it at that, out for delivery. NORDIE'S even called the post office to see if they could find the box, it wasn't anywhere to be found. NORDIE'S finally said we will just replace the order.

I kept the 1st order information and kept tracking it every day just to see what it would say. I believe it was on the 6th August (tracking said lost shipment). I have no idea as to what happened to the 1st shipment, but I got the 1st and 2nd shipment today.
