I'd think some kind of laser treatment or acid resurfacing would be a better choice, although I'm not up on the latest treatments for wrinkled hands. It seems to me that a good moisturizer would be better than what I'm seeing in that picture.

The only person I know in real life who had hands like that was a niece who had to be hospitalized for preeclampsia: she and the baby almost died. Her hands, feet, face... all looked like that : (

If that picture is the real deal... it makes me queasy.

if not photoshopped, she could very well have a medical issue such as arthritic hands, carpal tunnel, or if she has been traveling they could just be swollen.

Not that I care for her or her family business, but she does have psoriasis which could also lead to psoriatic arthritis, hence the swollen hands. And, by the way, Kim K also has psoriasis. This is a genetic disease in some cases like her family and my family, where we have several generations with psoriasis including psoriatic arthritis.

This is true , She does have psoriasis and if she has psoriatic arthritis ,which causes the hands and feet to swell , It can be extremly painful and debilitating , I knoe Kim also has psoriasis , This is probably the cause , I hope she feels better ,It is very painful . This is what I thought when I first looked at the photos. Rheumatoid arthritis. My sister in law had it and that's exactly how it looked. Very painful if it is.

I have arthritis in my hands, and the only swelling is in the knuckles. Quite the opposite of this picture, my hands are thin and wrinkled (ugh) not puffy. I think Kris's hands look as if she's had filler to get rid of wrinkles, and they put too much. Kinda like the fish lips you see when lips are overfilled.
