Not sure about drugstore brand but my stylist swears by Living Proof. He said he's tried so many and LP blows them all out of the water. There's no question it's pricey so I'm interested in hearing others' suggestions for a drugstore brand alternative.

@Nhbelle how does it smell? I find the smell of a lot of dry shampoos to be off-putting.

I like this one too. Pretty easy to find, but Ulta has a big selection and often run sales.

Another vote for Batiste. I use the original and don't find the scent very strong - definitely not overpowering. Ulta (online) has 9 different scents, one of which is "Bare", so that might be the closest to unscented.

The trick in using dry shampoo is to us it at bedtime the night before the morning you want to skip your wet shampoo.

I find that works best for me, too. My hair is curly, so my second day hair routine involves getting it damp, scrunching the curls back in, and then using a product to prevent humidity from making my hair huge. I can't do that right after I spray powder into my hair, but if I do the powder spray the night before, it works very well.

I like Dove Refresh + Care

Can't promise you'll like the scent, but it doesn't bother me personally.

If Ulta counts: Dry Bar Dry shampoo and Dry Bar Dry conditioner. Only line that works on my hair that doesn't make it greasy/flat by mid day.

I have tried and tried to use dry shampoo, but I can not stand the way it makes my hair look. I can't handle the feel either. I've tried numerous brand, but I gave up.

I use Oscar Blandi that you can get at Ulta. I prefer the powder to the spray though. It has a light lemon scent that does not bother me and I am very sensitive to scents

I feel the same way about dry poo. I have reserved it for the few times that I go camping for a week without a shower..lol!
