Would never pay Josie's ridiculous prices, but used to buy from Shea Organics but they are double Walgreens price.

Be careful of what you are buying. If it is truly 100% Argon oil that should be THE ONLY INGREDIENT.

I have found few that are and most are "100% Argon oil" but mixed with other things including silicone. (There are many names for silicone and most end with cone.). so yes they used Argon oil but it is mixed with other things to stretch it.

Believe it or not whole wheat bread is the same example. Few breads are just whole wheat for the flour. You have to read labels closely.

Is there a comparable product to whipped body butter? I love it but I don't use it every day. I can't afford it as my daily product. She had a special on the other day that was nice but it was scented. I mix argon oil with body cream sometimes but not as great as her body butter.

Great point. The one by Pura D'or that the OP mentioned is 100% pure cold-pressed argan oil with NO other ingredients. Good stuff.

There is a local woman here in my town who sells raw, unprocessed organic argan butter. The consistency of it is like dairy butter and it is dark gold in color. The smell is not so good. I bought a sample of it from her and was very impressed with it. I plan on going back and buying a larger tub of it, melting it down and adding some essential oil to make it more pleasant smelling. This is the real deal imo.
