I was using Nioxin for years which is suppose to help with removing DHT which causes baldness. However, Nioxin shampoo and conditioner didnt provide volume, made my hair oily the next day, and my hair looked even more thin caused by sulfates (sodium lauryl sulfate to be exact).... I still have thinness despite the vitamins, medications, diet, weightloss etc...I dont know why i continued to use it, probably in fear for more hair fallout.

So I went to ulta and bought Bosley Revive visibly thinning shampoo and conditioner, I have been using it for 6 weeks. It also fights DHT and contains Sodium Lauroyl Methyl Isethionate instead of sodium lauryl sulfate. And Let me tell you! my hair looks thicker, the volumize is back and the shine in my hair is superb. My hair actually looks soft and healthy. My crown has bunch of new hair sticking out. I cant believe my eyes. I hope it never stops working. My scalp looks fuller for a day and a half, and then I have to wash my hair again. For the record I wash my hair every other day.

To prolong my hair washing, I also have been using Pssst! dry shampoo which can be found in ulta and CVS. Out of 7 different brand dry shampoos I have tried in my life, the Pssst! brand is the best. It actually provides volume and soaks up all the oil. I can skip a day from washing my hair and use dry shampoo, but i lack the shine after dry shampoo...so i add it back in with shine spray. This dry shampoo may wierd ingredients but i am using this sparingly.

I do hope you do try bosley if you have hairloss issues.
