topic Does anyone apply their BE foundation without a primer underneath? in Beauty

I have combo skin and where I live it has been in the upper 90's to 100's. My foundation just won't last. I always use primer, usually neutralizing; sometimes oil control. I have even tried the matte but that wears off even faster than the original. Any suggestions? I am wondering if I might be better off without a primer at all.
