Perricone - Conformer Update

I am having GREAT results with the Conformer that came with the TSV in the past two months. So glad they did it twice in a row!

I really can tell a difference. Considering we got this $495 (whew!) supersized product for FREE with the lower-than-normal pricing of the facial cream, I was sooooooo glad I got an additional two sets. YAY!

Am wondering what, if anything, you are noticing with the Conformer. My skin is definitely smoother and softer. It was already in pretty good condition (once I figured out that using Blue Plasma and DMAE, one right after the other, was a no-no for my skin!). But the Conformer is definitely something I hope QVC repeats (at the same great price!) after my two-year auto delivery stops.

How 'bout you? Think you all got it. Would love to hear from the person who purchased EIGHT sets! Good for her! Not sure if she is a QVC forum person.

@z-del Traveler So glad to see you are having good results. I'm waiting for my Advanced Delivery which isn't due until May 31.

But I have been using the DMAE pads and their accompaniments from the Perricone TSV just before this one and I, too, am seeing good results. Can't wait to add the Conformer and see what else might improve.

@millieshops Oh, it's due May 31? Was there more than one delayed delivery? My second and third set is scheduled for the end of June. I hope it comes sooner, because I'm using it day and night instead of once a day like some are doing to conserve. I figure if I have three sets, I can afford to use it more often.

I have tried, unsuccessfully, to put on 1-1/2 pumps like Dana said. There is no 1/2 pump that comes out. Wish there was, but it might just be the pump in my bottle. I try to get out just a little and it kind of sticks. So I have to push it all the way down.

I am surprised, however, how well that little bit covers the entire face.

@z-del Traveler Yes, mine isn't due here until May 31. I think when I finally picked up the phone late in the day, they were saying some time in late April, but by the time I got to checkout, that supply was gone.

It's okay. I'm already using lots of Perricone. If I had a financial advisor, I'd probably be told it's a ridiculous use of money, but it's my money and I'm pleased. I figure that's what counts.

Besides, I justify the expense to myself by reminding self that I have spent vitually nothing on clothes, jewelry, WEN or travel in the past 2 years. I'm sliding down the old lady hill - one luxury is definitely allowed!

I know what you mean though. I also don't spend much on clothes, almost no jewelry; however, I do like WEN and traveling.

I don't have vices like smoking, drinking, or cussing, so my reward for that is I just spend, spend, spend on Perricone!

You have to put a finger and a thumb on the top of the pump, then push it halfway down carefully. I get it to spread easily by wetting two fingers and then spreading over my face. One pump is enough if you aren't putting it on your neck. I have been using the Conformer for a couple of years with great results.

@Tribalknowledge What? I'm not getting it. How does a finger and thumb on the top of the pump help to get that 1/2 pump amount? I would think that would create heavier weight on the downward motion, thus a greater chance of getting more out than wanted/needed.

You grip the pump and manually push it down for the half-pump. But as I said, the half-pump might not be neccesary.

I got three kits as this will never last 6 months. I use it not everyday because to really cover my face and neck I need 4 pumps at least! Sorry but one 1/2 pumps is a joke to me cannot cover the whole face. But this is the only product that is making a difference from Perricone as I do not like anything from his line. I do live PAulas Choice products using her products with this my skin is beautiful for 56!

@beauty0125 I agree! The same reason I got three kits. I'm using two full pumps morning and night. Love, love this stuff! Keeping my fingers crossed that this kind of a special will be repeated sometime down the road. Well worth the price of $199, even if you don't want to use the other product that came with it.

I am new to Perricone, with the exception of a PBS contribution many years ago. I don't recall anything stellar about the sample sized products I'd received, except for the cleanser in the kit which I liked.

Fast forward to this tsv...I was interested in the before and after photos. I don't have alot of wrinkles. Some age appropriate activity around the eyes. I've always been a smile-y girl but it's not too bad. My skin is good. But one day in the car mirror I did a double take. My neck! Where did THAT come from! Whoa. My facial aging process had begun. I have laugh lines that are not funny. And this is where I am seeing astonishing changes in the mirror. I swear after my 1st nightly treatment I said naah, this can't be.

Total denial that first morning but my mirror said otherwise. A noticeable softening of the nose to jaw lines. More so on the upper nasal labial lines, a softer, fuller lessening of what I saw as my sharp angry look. I sound kind of witchy, lol... I totally dismissed my impression as being impossible. Must have slept really well. Know what I mean? But it happened again and has continued to do so, to my utter amazement.

The lip to jaw, or marionette lines did not react as fast. Yet, I don't feel as if I appear so stern.

My neck, the skin under my jaw appears less crepe-y. I know nothing short of a needle or knife can truly change this area but it seems less pronounced to me.

How IS this happening? What is this stuff? I mainly use it from the nose down and some around my eyes. I'm on AD and wonder what will happen if I stop! Dorian Gray???

I can say I like these changes ALOT!

@rochelleS YAY for you!!!!! Isn't it incredible?

Your post is so funny in places. Loved reading it. I can totally relate to your experience with the mirror. Exactly......what happened (before using the product)......and then again, what happened (after using the product)!!! Unmistakeably a powerful product. Unlike you, I am putting it all over my face, so yours will probably last longer than my supply.

But, me too....what are we going to do when it is no longer given to us free with the cream? I don't see me paying $495 for the bottle; but then again, these changes are positively noticeable. I am seriously hooked on it, and it's only been since February that I have been using it.

I guess I could cut down on my Starbucks, take one trip a year instead of two, etc. Okay then, maybe I can make it work! ha! Seriously, I don't want to be Dorian Gray either.

I'm hoping he will have another special on it when these auto deliveries run out.

I still find this to be incredulous! I'm thrilled to know you are experiencing a beneficial improvement too. Bravo!!!

I guess I am more of a sagger as opposed to wrinkles as I age. Oh the joys of gravity. Fortunately I inherited some good skin genes, but here's a scary thought..perhaps I should use this full face now? Lest I end looking like a bulldog down the line. Ouch!

This is very pricey. It's the most I've spent on any product. Definitely less than seeing a Doc for some kind of procedure, at least shorter term...

I do hate what's changing on my neck. (who wouldn't! ) Google Kybella. This is a new treatment for the neck. Pretty amazing! I got wind of this last June when Allergan bought the parent company, Kythera, as a stock play. VERY impressive before and afters.

One question I'd like to ask being you use Perricone. Do you know off an eye treatment that reduces puffiness? I'm interested in the upper eyelid specifically. Especially the inner corners where I seem to be getting a pooch. I wonder if this is fat? I had my upper eyelids done 15 years ago, hooding, from Dad. Now some crepiness but the poochy thing bothers me the most. I know there isn't a needle in a cosmetic bottle but thought I'd ask!

I'm off to pick up a pet Rx at a far away Costco. It's inconvenient but I'll save hundreds of $$$ compared to other local sources. Costco also has a discount insurance plan for uninsured family members even if they have four legs and a tail!!! Love!

@rochelleS LOL! Bulldog? ha! I continue to enjoy how you write....down to earth. You do know what a Shar Pei looks like, don't you? Don't ever get that way! ha!

I checked out the Kybella as you suggested. Okay, the word injections made me get off the site pronto. ha! I dread needles big time. But you are right; great results in those pictures.

As to your question about suggestions for eye treatment, I know people will have a lot of suggestions for you. I personally use Perricone's Re:Firm for the eyes. It works the same way as his regular Re:Firm for the face does......tightens up the skin a few minutes after applying. Not sure if you have seen the demonstration on that, but you might want to check out the videos on QVC in the product area.

The Re:Firm for the eyes says to use it under the eyes to tighten up that area. A little goes a long way. There have been times when I have forgotten and put it on the lid too. ha!

For the eyelid area I use his Acyl-Gutathione Eyelid Serum, which has taken care of the crepiness for me. Both of the products suggest going beyond the eye area, to the sides. You know, the Cleopatra look.

Every time there is a thread where people talk about their favorite Perricone product, the Acyl-Gutathione always gets mentioned (it also comes in a form for the rest of the face, not just the eyelid area).

The Re:Firm Eye and Facial products are kind of freaky. When you first see them, they are like a white gel. You rub a small amount between your fingers, warming them up, and they become a clear serum. Then you apply.

When Dana demonstrates them, she shows you inside the jar and how it is a jello consistency. She takes some out, making an indentation in the product that remains in the jar. After a few minutes she shows you the inside of the jar again, and the stuff has gone back to its regular smooth consistency, no indentation. In other words, it bounces back....tightening up in the jar. That's to show you that once you put it on your face/under the eye, it tightens up your skin.

Sometimes I use the Re:Firm facial product instead of the daily Facial Cream (that came with the Conformer), because it dries faster. So when I'm in a hurry, I use the Re:Firm instead.

If you ever saw my bathroom you would think I sell Periccone; I have so much. I rotate the various products, mixing it up once in a while. But I have never paid full price for any of it. Never purchased it anywhere but QVC, and only when they have a special or TSV.

I know, I know.....I'm a Perricone junkie. His stuff just does a great job for me. Every once in a while I will try something else (like Tatcha or TriVectin), but I always go back to Perricone. I really don't like to mix products from different companies, as I feel there is a chance that something from one company might "fight" an ingredient in another company's products.

If you want to get an idea of my skin condition, there is a picture of me on a thread called "New product hints! World traveler scopes 2 and 3," which was originally posted on 3/12/16. It is message #3. Someone kindly put up a Periscope screen shot of my visit with Chaz Dean.

It will give you an idea of how Perricone has taken care of my facial/forehead wrinkles. Although you can't tell from that picture, the neck (right under the jaw area) is very smooth. Doesn't look like it from the angle of the picture, but P's Sub-D has made a huge difference.

WT... just took a quick look.... OMG, you've got gorgeous skin. I too love Perricone products. The eye serum is miraculous. Rarely do I find anything that is targeted to the eye that works. This one does. Thanks for a lot of your recommendations. I just started using the Tinted FFM that I got in a OTO with the regular FFM. Love it. That's all that I'm wearing now as my foundation, and I'm no kid by a long shot (only in my heart and brain!!!).

@MarieIG I really love hearing everyone is having positive results with the Conformer. Not sure on this, but it seems like it is filling in the pores, because I notice more smoothness since using it. Maybe that's not how it works, but whatever is happening, I agree with you that there is a fresher, more youthful look! I can use that at my age. ha!
