I only ordered 4 items. The next day, I received confirmation that order was being processed. Well, here I am on the 26th and haven't heard anything. I've emailed twice with no response. I guess I'm going to have to call... but I really don't think I should have to. I was so excited to place my first order, now I'm bummed, especially going back to see that most of you receive orders within 7-10 days with STO.
