This is a clear gel that exfoliates the skin gently with natual substances. Its not abrasive or harsh in any way. However, it is very effective...you can see the debris roll off! </P> <P>When I got the full size I was able to experiment on different parts of my body. For one thing, this convinced me that it is really dead skin cells coming off since the amount coming off varies by location. For me, I have seen the most results from my chest and just below my eyes.
