Frustrated!! A337857 CHI Ceramic Hot Rollers

A337857 CHI Smart Set of 9 Ceramic Hot Rollers with Platform

Does anyone have these hot rollers? I bought them because they got stellar reviews, but they don't curl my hair. I've TRIPLED the timing (15 minutes instead of "5"), but that doesn't work.

HOW do you curl your hair without damaging the ends?

This set of rollers burnt my scalp, don't know how you tolerate that really high heat resting on your head.

Several things have been successful for me when resting my hair from heat styling.

Found some hugh sponge rollers with satin around them so they don't dry out your hair and keep it shiney they were at drugstore.com.

Also I have the plastic rollers that stay in you hair that don't need clips, they are not velcro they are a softer plastic.

When I do curl my hair with heat I use the Chi Titatnium Iron that heats from 170 to 400 when using that I never go over 275 degrees.

Ha! The "real" reviews! Were mostly "1"s.

Will return them. Glad I kept the box.
